Fernot is built for craft cocktails. lending depth, bite, and backbone without the booze.  try it in a modified Industry sour or just throw it back in a bartender’s handshake.

Sumac is bright with red ripe fruit and citrus over a hazy undertone of smoke and earth, grounded in deep botanical tones. It’s vivid over ice, shines with bubbles, and holds its own as the backbone of a serious zero-proof cocktail. Sumac is complex, lush, and versatile with a natural ruby hue.

Amaro Wierenga is our slow sipper and shines on it’s own, both neat and on the rocks. It plays well in a cocktaiL looking for a rich low note to build upon. Wierenga has a dark, resonant profile with notes of black licorice, warm fig,   powdery cacao, hints of umami and sea salt.

The Legend of St Heck

St Heck was canonized by a simple idea: NA drinks shouldn’t be an afterthought. Avoiding alcohol shouldn’t mean sacrificing complexity, balance, or depth. Our goal is to offer something meaningful to the world of amari and craft cocktails — inclusive of those who crave a no/low-alcohol option that isn’t just sugar and juice.

Our zero-proof spirits are crafted with deep reverence for tradition, layering roots, herbs, and bark into something complex, bitter, and intriguing — but with none of the booze. Rooted in the terroir of the American Middlewest, St Heck harmonizes golden prairie notes with the centuries-old chorus of traditional amaro herbs.
